X, B, JXJ, WB, BJ Series Vertical Mounted Cycloidal Gear Reducer is a kind of transmission device adopt K-H-V little tooth planet driven principle. The transmission process are as follow: Install a slide 180° Double eccentric bushing on the input shaft, then fix 2 roller bearing on the eccentric bushing, form to H, the centre hollow in the 2 cycloid pin wheel will become the raceway of the bearing on the eccentric bushing, and the cycloid wheel will joggle with the pin gear, compose the joggle reducer.
This kind of reducer extensive use on metallurgy, mine, transportation, cement, architecture, chemical industry, printing and dyeing, pharmacy, food staff and so on. The working environmental temperature is -40-+40, on the rating load and the rotate speed, the oil temperature is no more than 60, the highest oil temperature cant more than 80.
