Ridder rack drives are within a zinc-plated sheet steel housing and show a hardened pinion, self-lubricating sintered tube bearings and plastic-type material guide rollers on stainless steel pins. Racks are zinc plated sheet metal. They are more powerful, more reliable, and go longer than aluminum racks.
