Tensioner and idler bearing contains basic components like inner ring, outer band, retainer, grease and seal. Pulley may be added to modify rotation ratio. Internal race is situated on sub-assembly device and outer race is defined on housing. Pulley may be added on outer race to provide timing belt system with designed revolution rate.
